1) Overview
MsgPilot (“MsgPilot,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps users prepare and send SMS and Email messages to contacts or recipient lists selected or imported by the user.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may access, collect, use, store, or share, why that information is needed, and the choices available to users.
We aim to collect and process only the information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve MsgPilot.
We do not sell your personal data.

3) Contacts Access
MsgPilot may request permission to access contacts when you choose to import recipients from your device contacts.
- Contact access is used to display and select contacts for messaging.
- The App accesses contacts only after you grant permission.
- You choose which contacts to use.
- Contact information is not sold to third parties and is not used for unrelated advertising or marketing by KH-Tech Group.
You may deny or revoke Contacts permission through your device settings. Contact-import features may not work without this permission.
4) Files, Documents, and Attachments
MsgPilot allows you to select files such as CSV, Excel, or other supported documents to import recipient data. It may also allow you to select files as email attachments.
- The App accesses files that you explicitly select.
- Selected recipient files are processed to provide the requested import and personalization features.
- Selected attachments are used for the email-sending action initiated by you.
- MsgPilot does not intentionally scan unrelated files or folders on your device.
File selection may be provided through Android’s system file picker or another device-provided document-selection interface.
5) SMS Permissions and Default SMS Role
MsgPilot provides SMS messaging functions and may request to become the device’s default SMS application when this role is required for restricted SMS features.
Depending on the feature and Android version, the App may request or use SMS-related permissions for functions such as:
- Sending SMS messages initiated by you
- Receiving or handling SMS while MsgPilot is the active default SMS app
- Reading SMS data where required for default SMS app functionality
- Handling MMS or WAP push messages while acting as the default SMS app
- Opening the device SMS composer as a fallback
MsgPilot will request restricted SMS access only in connection with its messaging functionality and the applicable Android default-SMS role. You can change the default SMS application through your Android device settings.
If MsgPilot is no longer the default SMS application, restricted SMS permissions should no longer be used for default-handler functions. Some SMS features may become unavailable.
Standard SMS and mobile carrier charges may apply. MsgPilot does not control carrier pricing, delivery, filtering, or network availability.
6) Message and Recipient Content
SMS and Email messages are created, selected, personalized, and sent by you. Recipient lists may come from contacts, user-selected files, or information entered by you.
MsgPilot does not use your recipient lists or message content for KH-Tech Group marketing.
Message content is not intentionally uploaded to our cloud database as part of the normal SMS or Email sending workflow. It may be stored or transmitted when:
- You intentionally submit the content through Contact Us or Support
- You save information through an App feature that clearly provides storage
- The content is transmitted to your selected SMS carrier, email service, or recipient as necessary to complete the action you initiated
Messages and related records may also remain on your device or within your SMS or email provider according to their own functionality and policies.
7) Email Sending and Email Settings
When you use the Email feature, MsgPilot may use email account or SMTP settings entered by you to send messages through your chosen email provider.
- Email sending is initiated and controlled by you.
- Your email provider may process recipients, message content, and attachments.
- App passwords or email credentials should be protected and must not be shared through Support messages.
Your email provider’s privacy policy, terms, sending limits, and security requirements also apply.

9) Firebase and Cloud Services
MsgPilot uses Google Firebase services to provide account and cloud functions. Depending on the feature, these services may include:
- Firebase Authentication for account login and authentication
- Cloud Firestore for account, plan, device, trusted-time, and support records
- Other Firebase or Google services added to support App functionality
Information processed through Firebase is handled according to Google’s applicable privacy, security, and data-processing terms.
Cloud services may process or store information in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards and service terms.
10) Advertising
The Play Store version of MsgPilot may display advertising to users of free plans, including banner advertisements and rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. When available, a user may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive an in-app benefit such as additional daily sending capacity.
Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob and its advertising partners. These services may process information such as:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device and app information
- Approximate location derived from network information
- Ad interactions, impressions, frequency, and diagnostic information
Where required by law, MsgPilot or Google may request consent or provide privacy choices before using information for advertising purposes.
Paid or Lifetime plans may remove advertisements according to the plan features displayed in the App.
11) Google Play Billing, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions in the Play Store version are processed through Google Play Billing.
- Google processes payment and billing information.

- Subscription prices and currencies are displayed by Google Play according to the user’s Play Store account and market.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account. If a paid subscription ends and is not renewed, MsgPilot may return the account to the Free Limited plan according to the App’s plan rules.
12) Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may be shared or processed only when reasonably necessary for:
- Google Firebase services, including authentication and Cloud Firestore

Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
13) Local Data and Cloud Data
Some MsgPilot information may be stored locally on your device, including preferences, selected settings, daily usage counters, templates, files selected for processing, or other data needed for App operation.
Other information may be stored in Firebase, including account, plan, entitlement, device-security, trusted-time, and support records.
Removing the App may delete locally stored App data but may not automatically delete cloud account records, support records, carrier records, email-provider records, or Google Play purchase history.
14) Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Measures may include authenticated access, Firestore security rules, secure platform storage where used, restricted database access, and encrypted network communication provided by our service providers.
No electronic transmission, device, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials, email app passwords, devices, and recipient data.
15) Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Maintaining and authenticating an active account
- Providing subscriptions, entitlements, and trial protection
- Providing and documenting support
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and repeated unauthorized trials
- Meeting accounting, legal, security, or regulatory obligations
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely retain it where permitted or required by law.
16) Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your MsgPilot account and associated cloud data by contacting Support through the App’s Contact Us feature or by emailing:
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership of the registered email address or provide other reasonable verification.
Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, deletion may include account profile information and associated MsgPilot cloud records.
Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, transaction records, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Deleting your MsgPilot account does not automatically delete information held independently by Google Play, your mobile carrier, your email provider, or another third-party service.
17) Your Choices and Controls

You must not use MsgPilot to:
